I’m based in Cambridge, England and I work with clients via Zoom.
I also trained in The Journey Method with Brandon Bays (qualifying as an Accredited Practitioner in 2007) and I use a combination of these deep, inner exploration techniques in my private practice, helping clients to explore the emotions and issues we've learned to avoid, gently releasing negative thoughts, limiting beliefs and physical pain.
I was first drawn to Emotional Release Therapy when I experienced the personal trauma of miscarriage. I’d always been someone who coped with whatever difficulties life threw at me, being able to work things out and move forward, but this time I had reached a dark place that no amount of thinking could help me to escape. It was only through facing the trauma with the help of powerful, freedom techniques that I began to see the light again.
For over fifteen years, I have helped others to face and clear their own physical and emotional issues in a kind and supportive environment incorporating the techniques needed to create a personalised session.
